The Limestone Coast Regional Public Health and Wellbeing Plan is a joint initiative of the Limestone Coast councils aimed at supporting the health and wellbeing of the region’s residents.Councils have many responsibilities under the South Australian Public Health Act 2011, one of which is the requirement to maintain and review a Regional Public Health Plan.
The Limestone Coast Local Government Association (LCLGA) has now endorsed the Limestone Coast Regional Health and Wellbeing Plan for community engagement across our region. It contains strategic priorities for public health in areas such as improving access to facilities, mental health, cultural awareness and climate change.
