Gifts and Benefits

A Register of Gifts and Benefits received by Council Members of an amount greater than $50 (as determined and published by the Minister in the South Australian Government Gazette No. 79 dated 17 November 2022 page 6659) must be maintained, made available for inspection and published on the Council website by the Chief Executive Officer in accordance with sections 72A, 132(1) and Schedule 5 of the Local Government Act 1999

A Register of Gifts and Benefits received by an employee (officer) of Council of an amount greater than $50 (as determined and published by the Minister in the South Australian Government Gazette No. 79 dated 17 November 2022 page 6659) must be maintained, made available for inspection and published on a website by the Chief Executive Officer in accordance with sections 119A, 132(1) and Schedule 5 of the Local Government Act 1999
