Have your say in Council's 2026 Community Survey from 6-25 October! You can complete the survey online or paper questionnaires are also available from the Naracoorte and Lucindale Council offices, Naracoorte Library and Lucindale Post Office. People who participate in the survey can enter a draw to win one of five $100 gift cards! The survey has been commissioned by Council and is being independently conducted by Further Insight. Register of Interests

Council

Under section 70(a1) of the Local Government Act 1999, Council must publish the Register of Interest (The Register) on its website.

The Register contains information provided by council members in their primary and ordinary returns. The type of information to be provided is specified in the Local Government Act and the forms determined by the Minister.
Section 68 of the Local Government Act requires the CEO to maintain the Register and enter into the Register all information provided by council members in their primary and ordinary returns.

A person is entitled to inspect (without charge) the Register at Council's Naracoorte office between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
