Naracoorte Lucindale Council Strategic Plan
Adopted in June 2023, the Naracoorte Lucindale Council Strategic Plan sets the vision, outcomes, and key actions for the future and helps inform Council's Long-Term Financial Plan and Asset Management Plans.
The Strategic Plan identifies 6 key Strategic Directions for 2023-2033 and 31 Priority Actions for 2023-2028.

Community Wellbeing Indicators
Within the Strategic Plan, Council included a set of Community Wellbeing Indicators – with these being indicators that are not necessarily within Council’s control or influence, but are intended to provide a snapshot. Each year (where possible) Council intends to provide an update on these indicators.
