NARACOORTE REGIONAL LIVESTOCK EXCHANGE – COVID-19
The Naracoorte Regional Livestock Exchange (NRLE) continues to play a key role in the red meat supply sector and will remain open for business.
Naracoorte Lucindale Council, as the owner and operator of the NRLE, and Naracoorte Combined Agents have met and collectively agreed to take steps to minimise the risk posed by the COVID-19 virus.
These steps includes:
- Only NRLE staff, agents and their contractors, buyers and transport operators to be on site.
- Vendors will not be permitted within the yards.
- All persons entering the yards must do so at the single designated point.
- All persons entering the yards will be required to provide their name and phone number.
- Good hygiene and social distancing practices to be observed.
- Following all directions provided by Council staff.
