Extreme Heatwave Warning

Take action to make sure you and your family stay well during the heat. If you need to escape the heat the Naracoorte Public Library is open 9am to 5.30pm Wednesday and Friday and until 8.00pm on Thursday. The Lucindale Community Library is open 9am to 5pm on Thursday and 9am to 3.30pm Friday (closed for lunch 12.30pm to 1pm both days). Both venues are airconditioned.

Australia Day - Naracoorte

Australia Day Celebrations in Naracoorte start at 7.00am at the Naracoorte Town Square with breakfast supplied by local service clubs, entertainment starts from 7.35am. The official ceremony commences at 7.55am.

The Naracoorte Lucindale Council recently installed public access Automated External Defibrillators at the Naracoorte Town Hall and Naracoorte Swimming Lake with the hope that it could save lives for the local community in the case of a sudden cardiac arrest.
